Working within the building’s wider refurbishment, the space reflects a modern approach to office design while maintaining the professional character expected of its setting.
The Brief
The space needed to be delivered as a fully fitted and furnished suite, ready for immediate occupation.
Flexibility was key, allowing the layout to suit a range of potential occupiers.
The Work
Reconfiguring the floorplate to create a clear and efficient layout, we introduced a mix of open workspace, private meeting rooms and breakout areas.
Using an exposed services approach alongside coordinated lighting and a restrained material palette, the design brings structure and consistency to the space while allowing each area to function as intended. Finishes and furnishings were selected to align with the building’s overall quality and to ensure a cohesive feel throughout.
