Speculative CAT B fitout across 2 floors of a recently completed new build development on the edge of the northern quarter. Works incorporated, formation of new wall layouts, bespoke furniture, glazed partitions, M&E installations, new wall & floor finishes.
The Brief
The brief was to deliver a speculative CAT B fit-out across two floors of a newly completed development, creating a workspace that would appeal to a range of occupiers while making the most of its position on the edge of the Northern Quarter.
The Work
Key elements of the fit-out included bespoke furniture, high-end finishes to worktops and wall surfaces, sliding doors within boardrooms to maximise flexibility, and full mechanical and electrical installations. Materials and layout were carefully arranged to work with the natural light and outlook, allowing the space to feel open without losing structure.
The Result
Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings a constant connection to the outside, while the internal layout provides a series of defined spaces that support both focused work and collaboration. The result is a workspace that feels open and elevated, with a level of finish that reflects the quality of the building itself.
