Corner Block has to be one of our most rewarding projects. Completed in phases, this comprehensive project puts focus on the need to deliver highly desirable, high-end office suites perfectly tailored to the market need.

With clean lines and contemporary uncluttered spaces, this first floor overhaul of the Corner Block project delivers order and simplicity hand-in-hand with style.

The Brief

After joining forces with the property landlord struggling to attract lets, work initially started with the 6th floor. This was a complete Cat A refurbishment into a Cat B ‘Plug and Play’ suite, intended to attract a quick rental.

Based on the success of this work, our designers were commissioned for a speculative fit-out of a Cat B space, across the full first floor of the building.

Acknowledging the growing need for sustainability and eco-friendly options, the project also evolved to provide the building with a new shower block and cycle storage, helping to enhance the appeal of the premises.


The Work

Working closely with sales agents we developed the client’s proposed offer to the market to ensure premises were on point for tenant needs.

Work included:

  • Full strip out
  • Feature lighting
  • Formation of new stud and glazed walls
  • Fitted joinery including new bespoke kitchen space, feature walls, booth seating and Zoom booths
  • Furniture
  • Mechanical and electrical adaptations (M&E)

The Result

Maximising the natural light with glazed walls and plenty of free-flowing space, the results here are exceptional.

Functional and comfortable, the outcome of the project has delivered a venue in perfect harmony with both its users and its surroundings.
